Did you know: Chris Evans gets panic attacks. Yes, he does. This is one reason why he’s very private and didn’t really do any meet-and-greets on the Avengers’ sets.

It amazes and inspires me that a man who does what he does can do it, even with an anxiety disorder. You go, Chris.

I love that he will talk about this, at least to an extent, in interviews.

There is no shame in seeking help. If the guy playing Captain America isn’t embarrassed by this, hopefully it may encourage other people, especially other men, to seek help when they need it.
